Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neolit — the platform at neolit.store where you hire AI employees (“agents”) that carry out real work on your behalf. By creating an account or using Neolit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Neolit lets you hire, configure and supervise autonomous AI agents that perform business tasks — such as outreach, research, review management, listing operations and support — using large language models, connected tools and integrations. Agents act on the goals and instructions you give them.
2. Beta and changes to the service
Neolit is young and moves fast. Features appear, change and are withdrawn; some are marked early access and may be unstable; usage limits exist and can change. Where a change materially reduces something you already paid for, we aim to tell you in advance. You can stop using the service at any time.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for any people you allow to use your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Neolit or its agents to:
- break any law, regulation or third-party rights, or the terms of any platform an agent operates on (e.g. email, marketplaces, social networks);
- send spam, deceptive, harassing or unlawful communications;
- generate or distribute malicious code, fraud, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing, or access data that is not yours.
You are responsible for the instructions you give an agent and for the tasks it performs for you.
You also confirm that you are not subject to sanctions that would prohibit us from serving you, and that you will not use Neolit where the law forbids it.
5. AI-generated work
Agent outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing agent work before you rely on, publish or send it. Neolit does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and agent output is not a substitute for it.
6. Messages your agents send
Agents send email and messages, publish pages and contact people on your behalf. Those messages come from you: you must have a lawful reason to contact each recipient, follow the rules of the channel you use, identify yourself honestly and stop when someone asks you to. We suppress addresses that opt out, and we may stop outreach we believe is unlawful or abusive.
Platforms an agent works on may limit or close accounts that are operated by automation. That risk is yours: check whether automation is allowed before you send an agent in.
7. Payments and wallet
Neolit uses one account wallet for all of your agents and teams. One-time top-ups and promotional credits are added to that wallet and do not expire unless their offer expressly says otherwise. An active paid Neolit plan adds the plan’s monthly token quota to the same wallet at the start of each billing period. Unused monthly-plan tokens expire at the end of that period; one-time top-ups are not removed with them.
Usage is charged against this single wallet balance. Funds may be held before a paid task or call starts and are captured on completion or released on failure or cancellation, as described in our Refund Policy. If monthly tokens expire while work is already covered by a hold, that work may still settle, and the wallet can show a debt no greater than the released hold. New paid work is blocked until the balance is positive again. Cancelling a plan stops future renewals and does not end the already-paid period early. Prices, taxes and fees may change; changes apply to future usage.
8. Integrations and third-party services
Agents may act through third-party services you connect (email, messaging, marketplaces, and the underlying AI model and infrastructure providers). By connecting an integration you authorize agents to access and act within it on your behalf, subject to that provider’s own terms. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts.
9. Data protection and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data. For personal data about other people that you bring to Neolit — contacts, leads, recipients — you decide the purpose and we process it on your instructions; you are responsible for the lawfulness of that data, and we will sign a data-processing agreement on request.
10. Intellectual property
Neolit and its software, design and content are owned by us and our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you own the inputs you provide and the outputs your agents generate for you, to the extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to operate and improve the service.
11. Your indemnity
You will cover our reasonable costs, damages and legal fees if someone brings a claim against us because of your content, the instructions you gave an agent, the accounts you connected, or your breach of these Terms. We will tell you about such a claim promptly and let you take part in the defence.
12. Termination
You may stop using Neolit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment, IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neolit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of Neolit is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings there.
Write to support@neolit.store before going to court: most disputes here are a billing question and are settled the same week. If we cannot settle it within 60 days, either of us may go to the competent courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
